That project has grown into a service that people across Europe trust with their Library. With that trust comes responsibility, and we think our company structure and our legal documents should reflect it.</p> <p>So we are professionalizing. PixelUnion is now a private limited company, a B.V. under Dutch law. At the same time, we have rewritten our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Both new documents apply from <strong>30 October 2026</strong> for new users.</p>
