Login issues
Can’t log in
- Double-check your server URL (it should be
https://yourname.pixelunion.eu) - Verify your username and password
- Clear your browser cache and try again
Forgot password
Contact our support team at support@pixelunion.eu to reset your password.
Upload issues
Uploads are slow
- Check your internet connection
- Try uploading smaller batches
- Use the desktop CLI for large uploads
Upload fails
- Make sure the file format is supported
- Check whether you have enough storage space
- Refresh the page and upload again
Mobile app issues
The app won’t connect
- Check that the server URL is correct
- Check whether you’re on the same network
- Try disabling your VPN if it’s enabled
