Changing Your Email Address

You can change the email address on your PixelUnion account yourself, directly from your account settings. The whole process only takes a few minutes.

Before you start

Make sure you still have access to your current email address. During the process, a verification code is sent there, and you will need it to confirm the change.

Changing your email address

1. Open your PixelUnion environment in your web browser and log in.
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and go to Account Settings.
3. Find the Change Email section.
4. For security, you may be asked to log in again.
5. Enter your new email address. A verification email is then sent to your current (old) email address.
6. Open that email, copy the verification code, and enter it in the interface.
7. Your email address is now updated. Both your old and your new address receive a confirmation message.

After the change

From now on, use your new email address to log in. All account notifications will also be sent there.

If you no longer have access to your current email address, you will not be able to receive the verification code. In that case, contact our support team and we will help you sort it out.
