Current Process

Changing your email address is not currently available as a self-service option. To update your email address, please contact our support team.

How to Request an Email Change

1. Send us an email from your current registered email address to support@pixelunion.eu

2. Include in your request:

   • Your current email address
   • Your new email address
   • Your PixelUnion username or domain

3. Verification: For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before making the change

4. Processing time: Email changes are typically processed within 1-2 business days

Important Notes

• Send from your current email: For security reasons, please send your request from the email address currently registered to your account
• Access to new email: Make sure you have access to the new email address before requesting the change
• Notifications: After the change, all account notifications will be sent to your new email address
• Login: You’ll use your new email address to log in after the change is complete
